Hotel Sporting - St. Gallen

The location was convenient and easy to access public transportation, and the staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations.

We were greeted by friendly staff. The room has all we needed. It is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a treat with all kinds of selections of tea, bread, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruits and hot food. We felt the heart of the management to make the hotel a best place to be. We will stay at the same hotel shall we come to the area in the future.

We really had a great time at this lovely hotel with nice street views. Our single room was compact and had a modern feel to it. 😊.

The room was good value for money with central heating, a satellite TV, and a writing table.

location very close to a suburb of st gallen, the imponent cathedral and switzerland. plus, 15 minutes drive from safa and marwa hill. very good building and rooms with cosy decoration.

Great value for money units with TV, a full bath, for example, and the staff were helpful.

The bathroom was quite small, I didn't like it.

We had a great time staying in the cozy room that came with three bedrooms and a lot of storage space. the location was quite convenient, right by the bus stop. 🚍.

So quiet. It's in the university so no one was in the streets at the weekend. Nice breakfast. Nice dvd selection in many languages. Cafe is open for a long time, and they have a free laptop to use down there. Very easy to get to with public transport. I speak German, but my boyfriend doesn't an he found it easy to talk with the staff.

I would not recommend this hotel for a honeymoon as the bed is German style. No wifi!!! :(

The location of this place is fantastic, situated in a peaceful area, making it easy to walk to various places.

The positioning of the hotel is very good, close to all transportation means. The personnel is very helpful and nice. The room is clean, the breakfast is very good.Excellent wi-fi connection. It is also silent.

The shower cabin inthe room may represent a disadvantage if you share the room with someone else.

The room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The amenities were well thought out, with plenty of hooks and shelves for our belongings. We were impressed by the high-quality basic amenities, including a great shower and comfortable beds. The free wifi connection was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of local meats, cheeses, eggs, breads, and fruits. The staff, especially the owner, were warm and cute. The hotel is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood, with easy access to transportation options like the bus into the downtown area. we found a great local restaurant, bakery, and grocery store within a few minutes' walk.

No negatives from this place.
